Working collaboratively with the team at Waiheke Financial Services, we undertook a thoughtful evolution of their identity and digital presence, aligning seamlessly with their mission to empower individuals from diverse backgrounds with financial literacy. Understanding the unique needs of its key clientele—lower income earners, immigrants, and young people—the design process was driven by a commitment to inclusivity and accessibility.

The refreshed identity encapsulates the essence of Waiheke Financial Services as a beacon of knowledge and support. A vibrant colour palette was carefully chosen to resonate with the vitality of diverse communities. Typography was selected for its readability and versatility, ensuring clear communication of essential financial concepts to audiences of varying language proficiency.

Complementing the reimagined identity, the website underwent a comprehensive overhaul, prioritising user-friendly navigation and an engaging interface. Intuitive pathways lead visitors to a wealth of resources tailored to the specific financial needs of lower-income individuals, immigrants navigating new financial landscapes, and young people embarking on their financial journey.
